Deborah is an Assistant Lecturer and dedicated educator with a passion for fostering intellectual growth and academic excellence. She is presently running her PhD programme in Entrepreneurship. She obtained both MSc in Entrepreneurship and B.Sc. in Entrepreneurial and Business Management from the National Open University of Nigeria. Deborah holds herself to the highest standards of academic integrity and with commitment to both teaching and research, as a distinguish fellow of the Institute of Entrepreneurs (IOE) she actively engages her students in dynamic learning experiences, encouraging critical thinking and innovation. She imparts not only theoretical knowledge but also practical insights gained from her past teaching experiences and endeavours. Her area of interest includes Youth Development business management, skills acquisition and entrepreneurship.
